**Job Purpose**:
The Crew Member will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receiving, storage, preparation, and assembly of food items. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, contributing to a positive and safe environment.
## Job Responsibilities:
**Receiving & Storage**:

- Receive items from suppliers and the central kitchen.
- Ensure all items are stored according to standard operating procedures.

**Reheating & Cooking**:

- Reheat food items using the microwave as per guidelines.
- Cook items on the Tawa and fryer, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Prepare salads and other cold section items.
- Garnish finished products to enhance presentation.

**Assembly & Packaging**:

- Assemble food products according to customer orders.
- Package items appropriately for handover to delivery partners.

**Cleanliness**:

- Maintain cleanliness in your designated work area.
- Clean the washing area as assigned.
- Assist in cleaning toilets and other outlet areas as required.
**Qualifications**:

- 10th or 12th pass
- Able to read basic English

**Required Skills**:

- Strong attention and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Capability to lift and carry items as needed.

**Relevant Experience**:

- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is a plus.

**CTC per annum**: 1.65 LPA
