**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit client locations to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on our ERP/CRM systems.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate translation of client requirements into system specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites as required by business needs.

**Skill Set Required**:

- **Technical Background**: Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems, databases, and software development processes.
- **Client Interaction**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- **Training**: Ability to conduct clear and concise training sessions, making complex information accessible to clients.
- **Requirement Gathering**: Proficient in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel to client locations as per business requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 to 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with ERP/CRM systems implementation and training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
