Role & responsibilities

Drive the IT & ERP function for the organization to support business growth and strategic

priorities

  • Propose hardware, software and digital solutions to accomplish the company's business

objectives, along with data requirements and departmental workflows/ processes.

  • Develop a clear roadmap for digital transformation in conjunction with all stakeholders. Take

responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of IT, ERP and digitization

related activities at all company locations.

  • Drive projects related to ERP implementation, upgradation.

  • Develop and implement relevant IT policies focused on business performance, risk

management and driving cost efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have Experience in construction/real estate industry

  1. Track record of having executed ERP projects in construction sector and adherence to

timelines/deadlines is necessary

  1. Excellent knowledge of business and digital applications including design, implementation,

operation and integration.

  1. Should have experience in IT project and program management
