A **Junior Merchandiser** in the garment industry supports the merchandising team in managing and coordinating the production process, working closely with senior staff and suppliers. This role serves as an entry to mid-level position and is essential for building experience in the merchandising field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Follow-Up**: Assisting in tracking and monitoring production timelines to ensure orders are on schedule.
- **Sample Management**: Coordinating the development and dispatch of samples to clients and ensuring feedback is addressed.
- **Communication**: Liaising with suppliers and factories to convey order details, specifications, and updates.
- **Data Entry and Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, production logs, and client correspondence.
- **Quality Checks**: Assisting in basic quality assurance activities and coordinating with the quality control team for inspections.

**Essential Skills**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and suppliers.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of garment construction and têxtiles.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive in identifying issues and providing potential solutions.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Familiarity with software like Microsoft Excel and ERP systems used in production tracking.

**Experience**:

- **0-3 years** of experience in a related field; internships or prior roles in merchandising or production are a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
