Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Merchandiser in day-to-day order follow-ups and buyer communications.
  • Coordinate with fabric, trims, and accessory teams to ensure timely availability.
  • Follow up with printing, dyeing, and production units for sampling and bulk approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain T&A (Time & Action) charts, order status, and reports.
  • Check samples for quality, measurements, and buyer requirements before submission.
  • Support in costing, order booking, and approvals under senior guidance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
  • Handle documentation and records related to orders and merchandising.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in garment merchandising (preferably knitwear/kidswear).
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and production processes.
  • Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ERP systems for reporting.
  • Male candidate preferred.
