Job Description
- Junior Mechandiser

**Key Responsibilities**:
Daily Factory Visits:

- Visit 3-4 designated factories daily to take real-time updates on production status, quality, and timelines. TNA really time update.

Production Status Monitoring:

- Collect and report daily updates on fabric in-house, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch status.

Physical Bulk Checks:

- Inspect and verify physical bulk against tech packs or approved samples, ensure trims and fabrics match standards.

Coordination with Vendors:

- Maintain close communication with vendors for timelines, raise any delay issues immediately, and follow up on action plans.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain factory visit reports, photo documentation of bulk, and update trackers as required by the central sourcing team.

Sample Coordination:

- Support in following up for PP samples, TOPs, and bulk approval pieces. Ensure all samples reach the brand office on time.

Quality Checks:

- Assist in checking finishing, packing, and labeling as per brand requirements. Raise red flags in case of any non-compliance.

Support Senior Merchandiser:

- Provide support in day-to-day coordination, documentation, and any backend work as required.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in a similar field (fresher with internship experience can also apply)
Understanding of garment production processes
Willingness to travel within the city daily
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Good communication and observation skills
Ability to work under tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment
