About the Role

At DSLR, being Chief of Staff means more than shaping strategy, you'll be the force in execution, solving problems that move the needle every day.

  • You will own the end-to-end supply ecosystem: from fabric sourcing and vendor partnerships to demand planning, inventory, and distribution.
  • Based in Jaipur, you'll build a supply backbone that enables rapid collection launches and national-scale growth, with uncompromised quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Supply Chain Strategy: Build a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for rapid & profitable growth.
  • Vendor & Production Leadership: Develop a strong ecosystem of processors, and manufacturers across hubs like Jaipur, Surat, Tirupur etc.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Partner with design and merchandising to forecast, align supply with launches, and optimize working capital.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on quality, speed and cost efficiency.
  • Team Building: Hire, and mentor, and lead a high-performing Supply team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, merchandising, retail, and finance to ensure seamless collection rollouts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10–15 years in operations and business roles in high-growth environments.
  • Educational and workplace pedigree (IIT/IIM/MBB/HUL/P&G/ITC/etc.,).
  • Leadership and organisation skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.
  • Willingness to travel, with Jaipur as the central base.
