**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees and coordinates the housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order in a hotel. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, ensuring standards are met, managing inventory, and promoting a safe and pleasant guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervision: Lead and manage housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and conduct regular inspections.
Operations: Ensure cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, manage inventory, and address guest requests.
Budget: Help manage department expenses within budgetary guidelines.
Safety: Enforce safety protocols and address maintenance issues promptly.
Guest Satisfaction: Strive for exceptional guest experiences and collaborate with other hotel departments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (Bachelor's in hotel management preferred).
Prior hotel housekeeping experience is essential.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
