**Job Title: Junior Purchasing Merchandiser Executive**

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Merchandiser Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the purchasing and merchandising team in ensuring the timely procurement of products, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing market trends to optimize product selection and inventory. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the procurement of merchandise from suppliers and vendors in alignment with market demand and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate product trends, customer needs, and sales data to recommend product assortment strategies.
- Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, including communication on order status, pricing, lead times, and quality.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory turnover, and reordering schedules to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Assist in negotiating prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure products meet quality and compliance standards.
- Help manage product samples and coordinate the approval process for new merchandise.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of purchased goods to meet sales and marketing deadlines.
- Analyze sales performance and inventory turnover to make recommendations for replenishment or discounting.
- Support the senior team in preparing reports, purchase orders, and tracking stock movements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to propose improvements in purchasing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain principles is a plus.
- A passion for retail and product management.
