**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and presentable. This role involves managing and training housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms, handling inventory, and addressing guest concerns to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Supervision and Training**:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise the housekeeping team.
- Conduct training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
- Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and efficiently.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Order supplies as necessary and ensure proper storage and usage.
- Maintain records of inventory usage and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance departments to coordinate room status updates and address any maintenance issues.
- Ensure effective communication with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and manage housekeeping staff payroll and attendance records.
- Maintain documentation of room occupancy, room status, and housekeeping activities.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, guest feedback, and departmental needs.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Conduct safety training and meetings for housekeeping staff.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,691.77 per month
