**Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description for Delight Hospitality**

As a **Housekeeping Supervisor** at Delight Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments across **84 rooms in three hotels**. Your role will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the high cleanliness and service standards expected at our 3-star properties. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the housekeeping operations across all three hotels, ensuring **84 rooms** and public areas are cleaned and maintained to 3-star hotel standards.
- Supervise, train, and monitor the housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage daily room cleaning schedules, prioritizing timely readiness for guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and uniforms across all properties, ensuring accurate records and efficient use.
- Handle Lost and Found items, ensuring proper documentation and prompt guest service.
- Supervise laundry operations, including linen management and guest laundry services, across all three hotels.
- Prepare and manage monthly departmental reports, including expense tracking and cost control measures.
- Step in to support staff during peak periods, holidays, or absences to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination among the housekeeping teams across all three properties.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in multi-property or high-volume hotel operations.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** for reporting, inventory management, and communication.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills to manage operations across multiple properties.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused approach.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., WinHMS) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety, and hygiene standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
