**Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass, or any degree**

**Experience: Minimum 1 year to 3 years**

Type of Properties: Apartments, Malls, Commercial Office Spaces, Hospitals, Educational Institutions

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards.

2. Training: Provide training and orientation to new housekeeping staff members. Conduct regular training sessions to reinforce cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned properties to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with housekeeping standards. Address any deficiencies or areas needing improvement promptly.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities. Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of supplies as needed.

5. Scheduling: Prepare and maintain housekeeping schedules for staff members. Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and special cleaning projects.

6. Customer Service: Interact with property managers, tenants, clients, and other stakeholders to address housekeeping needs and concerns. Respond promptly to feedback and requests for service.

7. Safety Compliance: Ensure that housekeeping staff follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required. Identify and address any safety hazards or risks in the work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
