**Industrial/Product Designer Intern (Stationery)**

**Location**: lower parel
**Duration**: [3-6 Months] (Can be extended based on performance)
**Stipend**: paid
**Mode**: Onsite

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products in the stationery industry.
- Assist in conceptualizing, sketching, and developing innovative stationery product designs.
- Create 2D and 3D design models using software such as **AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360**.
- Develop prototypes and test different materials, colors, and finishes for functional and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new product lines.
- Work on packaging design to ensure brand consistency and customer appeal.
- Prepare detailed presentations and documentation for product proposals.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in **Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field**.
- Proficiency in **design software** such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360.
- Strong **sketching and prototyping** skills.
- Basic knowledge of **materials, manufacturing processes, and production constraints**.
- A keen eye for **detail, color, and aesthetics**.
- Ability to **work independently** as well as in a **team-oriented environment**.
- Strong **communication skills** and the ability to present ideas effectively.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience with **3D printing and rapid prototyping**.
- Familiarity with **sustainable materials and eco-friendly design principles**.
- Understanding of **branding and packaging design**.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
