**Graphic Designer Intern**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design visually appealing marketing materials for **digital, print, packaging, and branding** while maintaining brand consistency.
- Create engaging artwork and guided designs for multiple product brands.
- Prepare and present design concepts through **PPTs, mood boards, flowcharts, and layouts**.
- Research trends, ideate innovative concepts, and contribute to **campaign visuals**.
- Lead and support **digital advertising initiatives** through creative design and tech integration.
- Manage **catalog creation**, organize creative assets, and maintain the **G-Suite content repository**.
- Convert **hand sketches into digital designs**.
- Stay updated with the latest **industry trends, AI tools, and design innovations**.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field**.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a **strong and versatile portfolio**.
- Strong understanding of **typography, color theory, layout, and design principles**.
- Familiarity with **web design and UI/UX principles** is a plus.
- Experience in **video editing or motion graphics** is an added advantage.
- Understanding of **KPIs / KRAs** in creative performance.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)**, **Canva**, and **Figma**.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of **AI tools for design**.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to **work independently and in a team**.
- Creative thinker with a **problem-solving approach**.
- High-performing, **self-driven**, and passionate about design.
