**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop original designs for apparel, têxtiles, fashion accessories, or lifestyle products (as per domain).
- Conduct trend research, material exploration, and mood board development.
- Create detailed technical drawings/specifications using tools like CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Collaborate with sampling, production, and merchandising teams to ensure design execution aligns with vision.
- Work on color palettes, surface ornamentation, fabric swatches, and trims selection.
- Stay updated on national and international fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Present design collections to internal teams or clients with clear rationale and storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher from NIFT in Fashion Design / Textile Design / Accessory Design / Knitwear / Lifestyle Product Design or relevant specialization.
- Proficiency in design software like CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and MS Office.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative thinking and technical skills.
- Understanding of materials, garment construction, printing/embroidery techniques, and production processes.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
