**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop unique and stylish embroidery designs for our clothing lines, including both Herringbone’s formal wear and Sui’s ethnic wear collections.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize **Wilcom software** to create and refine embroidery patterns, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with design specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that embroidery designs are feasible and meet the desired quality standards.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate modern and innovative techniques into embroidery designs.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and test embroidery samples to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues related to embroidery design and production, providing solutions to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in embroidery design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in Wilcom embroidery software is essential. Experience with other design software is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative abilities with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of color, texture, and design principles.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of various embroidery techniques, materials, and production processes.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey design ideas.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Experience with both ethnic and formal wear embroidery design.
- Knowledge of garment construction and fabric types.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
