**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, posters, and more.
- Create branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
- Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing layouts for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Proactively suggest improvements to brand assets and design processes.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Stay updated on project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- **Innovation & Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- **Feedback & Revisions**:

- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Be open to constructive criticism and willing to make necessary revisions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (preferred).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Canva).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (preferred).
- Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Knowledge of print production processes.
