**Job Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer for our Lab Grown Diamond business, you will play a pivotal role in visually representing our brand through compelling and creative designs. You will be responsible for crafting eye-catching social media posts, photography, and posters that effectively communicate the unique qualities of our lab-grown diamonds.

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:
Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media posts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. Design promotional materials such as posters, banners, and digital ads.

**Photography**:
Capture high-quality product images of lab-grown diamonds, ensuring accurate representation of color, cut, and clarity. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute photo shoots.

**Branding**:
Ensure consistency in branding across all visual elements. Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with brand guidelines.

**Conceptualization**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative ideas for visual content. Translate marketing objectives into visually appealing designs.

**Editing and Retouching**:
Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and ensure they meet quality standards. Modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the Content Writer, Social Media Executive, and other team members to ensure synergy between content and visuals. Collaborate with external agencies if needed.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the luxury goods or jewellery industry.

Proficiency in graphic
- design software and tools.

**Portfolio**:
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, with an emphasis on social media posts and product photography.

**Creativity**:
Innovative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

**Attention to Detail**:
Keen eye for detail, color, and composition.

**Communication Skills**:
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
