**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate project requirements and user needs into intuitive, impactful designs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine designs.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain consistency in design across platforms while ensuring brand alignment and responsiveness.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing real-world work and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in agile environments.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Skills in motion design or creating microinteractions.
