**Requirements & Qualifications**:
No Remote Job, In-office only at Rajkot, Gujarat.

1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web and mobile design projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

Fluent in English, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements.

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and proactive.

Good time-management skills.

Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

**Responsibility**:
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project goals and clients needs.

Design responsive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces that provide an optimal user experience.

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and design trends.

Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
