**What We’re Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Figma UI/UX & Wireframing**: Create **high-quality eCommerce web UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes**.
- **Graphic Design & Branding**: Design **logos, branding boards, vector illustrations, and social media content**.
- **Mockups & Conversion Optimization**: Develop **high-converting landing pages and CRO-focused designs**.
- **Figma Animation & Interaction Design**: Create **smooth animations & micro-interactions** for engaging user experiences.
- **Content Research & Web Writing**: Assist in **content strategy and design elements** for web projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with **developers, marketers, and project managers** to bring ideas to life.

**Required Skills & Expertise**:

- **Figma UI/UX Design** - Wireframes, Prototypes, eCommerce Web UI
- **Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator** - Graphic Design, Vector Art, Branding
- **Content Research & Writing** - Web Copy & Content Strategy
- **Figma Animation** - Interactive UI Components
- **Mockup Design & Landing Page Optimization** - High-Converting eCommerce Pages
- **CRO & UX Strategy** - Improve user engagement & sales
