**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand project requirements and user needs to design intuitive and impactful experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile and web apps.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and responsive behavior across different platforms.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX best practices, trends, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Experience with motion design or microinteractions.
