Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support processes, procedures, tools and templates aligned to TIAA’s Enterprise Strategic Initiative Governance policy.
- Consistently deliver quality assurance processes across the Strategic Initiative Portfolio, testing and providing feedback via reporting to key Line of Business stakeholders.
- Ensure standards and controls are leveraged for strategically funded initiatives and that execution health metrics are monitored and escalated as necessary.
- Liaise with Governance Lead, Line of Business (LOB) Planning Leads/Execution Leads to facilitate the quality assurance process, review quality standards, guidelines, tools and templates, etc.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint content in support of the Governance program.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Physical Requirements
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
