Job Title: Corporate Bank Technology - Payments Transformation & Governance Corporate Title: Associate Location: Pune, India Role Description As part of our Payments Transformation & Governance team you will work on various initiatives across the Change Portfolio. Your role will require you to execute various levels of testing in line with plans defined by the project Test Lead, or Project Manager. The role will require use of the test execution experience to assert control of the execution timeline and accurately report status' to stakeholders. The test Associate will work closely with the Test Lead and/or Project Manager to -ordinate the activity of specialists to ensure that tasks are performed that result in the project is meeting its quality objectives, while also engaging in hands on activities to drive the team towards benefit realisation. Responsible for the execution of test cases that meets the predefined quality criteria via appropriate tollgates Working closely with the test leadership to maintain test approaches and execution plans Developing a detailed understanding of automation tooling Your skills and experience Experience as a hands-on Tester of business-driven technical change within a similar sized financial services organization, in similar size and complexity of projects Evidence of engagement with internationally distributed stakeholders.
