**Job Description: Sales Co-ordinator (Female)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make Outbound Calls**: Contact customers as per the provided call list and schedule to take orders, confirm details, and address any questions or concerns.
- **Maintain Customer Relationships**: Build positive rapport with customers through respectful, courteous, and professional conversations.
- **Order Management**: Accurately record and process customer orders in the system.
- **Follow-up on Orders**: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm order details and delivery.
- **Handle Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
- **Data Entry & Management**: Enter and update customer information in the company's CRM or order management system.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of calls, orders, and customer interactions, and report daily activities to the supervisor.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Fluent and clear in speech with a respectful and friendly tone.
- **Basic Computer Proficiency**: Comfortable with using a computer for data entry and managing customer orders.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy when recording customer information and orders.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: Patient, approachable, and dedicated to meeting customer needs.
- **Organized**: Ability to manage multiple calls, orders, and follow-ups efficiently.
- **Previous Experience in Sales or Customer Service** is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Requirements**:

- Must be well-versed in handling customer calls professionally.
- Should have basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, CRM, or order management systems).
- Ability to work within defined schedules and follow guidelines provided by the company.

**Work Environment**:

- This is an office-based role, with all tools and resources provided to ensure smooth communication with customers.
