We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious **Sales Interns** who are eager to learn the ropes of real estate sales.

This role will expose you to client interactions, site visits, project sourcing, and CRM tools—all while being mentored by experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in sourcing new residential projects and ensure internal registration/MahaRERA alignment.
- Support the sales team in conducting property site visits and presentations.
- Make follow-up calls and handle client interactions via phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate property solutions.
- Help maintain CRM and assist in documentation and backend coordination.
- Learn on-ground sales strategy and participate in lead conversion efforts.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- MBA (Pursuing), BBA final-year students, or recent graduates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in both telephonic and in-person conversations
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Availability for full-day internship (10 AM - 7 PM)
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license - Mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
