As a Tele sales Executive for our immigration company, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, providing information about our immigration services. Your primary objective will be to communicate effectively with prospective clients, address their inquiries, and schedule consultations with our immigration experts.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services.

2. Introduce our company and services to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.

3. Provide detailed information about various immigration programs, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

4. Identify the specific immigration needs and requirements of prospective clients through active listening and probing.

5. Address any questions or concerns raised by clients regarding our services, processes, or fees.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule consultations and follow up on leads.

8. Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.

9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve communication strategies and customer engagement techniques.

**Qualifications**:
1. Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

3. Ability to understand and convey complex information in a simple and understandable manner.

4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

5. High level of professionalism and integrity.

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

7. Fluency in multiple languages as English, Hindi, Telugu.

**Experience**: 0-1 Year.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
