We are searching for an engaged Tele caller to boost our collections by reaching out to current and possible clients. Tele caller must be an excellent communicator and have superior speaking skills. He/ She is responsible for calling customers over the phone and maintain good customer relationship. He/ She shall be comfortable presenting our services and able to clarify doubts and complaints over the phone. Tele caller should be able to convince toughest customer.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Obtaining and updating list of individuals contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage payments.
- Create a list according to severity of delinquency.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts.
- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of others disposition.

Qualification:
SSC pass, Intermediate, Degree, applicant must have basic knowledge about MS-Office with typing skills.
