This is an exciting opportunity for a travel enthusiast with knowledge of destinations, routes, and the ability to handle both creative and administrative tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Planning & Package Creation**:

- Design unique travel itineraries and packages.
- Plan time-efficient and cost-effective travel routes.
- **Client & Partner Communication**:

- Handle collaborations with hotels and other partners.
- Draft and share tour agreements, quotations, and contracts.
- **Creative & Promotional Content**:

- Use Canva to design travel packages, promotional posts, and marketing material.
- Create engaging captions and posts for Google and social media.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized records and databases using MS Excel and Word.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and partners.
- **Language & Communication**:

- Communicate fluently in both Hindi and English with clients from across India and abroad.
- Exhibit polite, professional, and clear verbal and written communication.
- **Learning & Professionalism**:

- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, tools, and techniques.
- Demonstrate a professional approach to all tasks and interactions.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience/Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of the travel industry, popular destinations, and efficient routes.
- Proficiency in Canva for creative content creation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Word for data management.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect effectively with hotels, partners, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under deadlines.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- A customer-centric and professional attitude.
