**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE**:
As a Guest Service Associate, you will perform all duties in accordance with the organization’s policies and
procedures covering all aspects the following operations departments not limiting to BOX OFFICE
- CONCESSSIONS - TELESALES - USHERING:

- Responsible to sell the food items across the counter and in the auditorium.
- Responsible to collect cash for each sale done.
- Responsible to record the sale and cash collected at the end of each shift.
- Responsible to use the POS for recording the sale.
- Responsible to record all items received at the counter at the beginning - during the shift.
- Responsible to check the quality of the items being placed in the warmer and cold case.
- Responsible to arrange and serve the food as per the hygiene standard using gloves and tongs.
- Responsible to use dispensing machine for coffee - tea - coke
- Responsible to use selling devices such as hand held and PDA devices.
- Responsible to keep work area like food counter - warmers - cold cases - dispensing machine
- Popcorn maker and floors are clean.
- Responsible to promote all promotions associated with brand partners such as COKE - GEORGIA.
- Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other

preparation tasks.
- Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running

out of any items...etc.
- Handle the table bookings, direct customers to their tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, assisting in drink

selection, informing customers about food preparation details, communicating specific customer needs to the
commis.
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks,

removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
- Prepare mixed drinks for service to the customers table.
- Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Filling in for absent staff as needed.
- Assisting with special events as needed.
- Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Understands and can communicate products and services available in the lounge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: From ₹18,500.00 per month
