**Role Overview**

We’re hiring a **creative and detail oriented designer** who can craft **scroll-stopping thumbnails, social media posts, and digital banners.** This is a **remote full-time position** for someone who understands design psychology, content virality, and has hands-on experience with **AI-powered creative tools**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design **engaging and clickable thumbnails** for YouTube and other video platforms
- Create **branded social media posts, covers, and visual creatives**:

- Use **AI tools** (like Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo, etc.) to enhance visual storytelling
- Collaborate with the content and video team for creative direction
- Ensure brand consistency and modern design aesthetics in every output
- Meet daily/weekly content delivery timelines

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced expertise in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects**:

- Practical experience with **AI tools**:

- **Midjourney / DALL-E / Leonardo AI** (text-to-image)
- **Runway / Pika / Kaiber** (text-to-video or animation)
- Strong portfolio with **YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives**:

- Creativity, attention to detail, and fast turnaround time
- Strong understanding of **click behavior, CTR design, and visual hooks**

**Good to Have**
- Basic animation/motion graphic skills
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma
- Understanding of digital trends, meme culture, and viral content formats
