**We are looking for a talented and experienced freelance graphic designer to join our team and create eye-catching thumbnails for our social media channels.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality, click-worthy thumbnails for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and**audiences** Twitter)
- Ensure thumbnails are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with our overall social media aesthetic
- Understand social media best practices for thumbnail design, including size, format, and text clarity
- Collaborate with the social media team to understand content themes and target audiences
- Edit and revise thumbnails based on feedback
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media design trends

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on social media design
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of social media thumbnail designs
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or similar design software
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A passion for social media and a keen eye for detail
