**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Collaboration**:Work closely with our video production team to understand the content and goals of each video, ensuring that thumbnails effectively convey the message.

**Attention-grabbing Designs**: Craft visually stunning and attention-grabbing thumbnails that not only represent the video's content but also resonate with our target audience.

**A/B Testing**:Conduct A/B testing on thumbnails to identify and implement the most effective designs that drive click-through rates.

**Stay Ahead in Design**:Keep yourself updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices for YouTube thumbnails.

**Multiple Options**: Provide multiple thumbnail options for each video, adhering to our branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all thumbnails.

**Feedback Loop**:Receive and incorporate feedback from the team to continually refine and improve thumbnail designs.

**Data-Informed Design**:Regularly review and analyze video performance metrics to inform thumbnail design strategies and enhance video discoverability.

**Qualifications**:
**Photoshop Pro**:Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for crafting stunning visuals.

**YouTube Savvy**:Strong understanding of YouTube's platform, including best practices for thumbnail design.

**Fast-Paced Creativity**:Ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality, even in a fast-paced environment.

**Analytical Insight**:Familiarity with YouTube analytics to make data-informed design decisions.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
