**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Field Marketing & Outreach**: Execute direct marketing efforts by visiting educational institutions, government bodies, and other prospective clients to promote Raak Sapphire’s educational offerings (STEM, Robotics, IoT, AI).
- **Campaign Execution**: Implement and monitor marketing initiatives like school visits, live demonstrations, workshops, and exhibitions to raise awareness about our products and services.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educational authorities, and decision-makers to establish long-term collaborations.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and participate in events like seminars, workshops, and expos to demonstrate Raak Sapphire’s solutions and gain new leads.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and customer needs in the educational sector, using insights to shape marketing strategies.
- **Product Presentations**: Present and explain Raak Sapphire’s offerings (robotics labs, coding classes, IoT kits) to clients, showcasing how our products can enhance educational outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in field marketing or sales, particularly in the EdTech or educational services sector, is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and engage with school staff, administrators, and students.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel frequently within Bengaluru and surrounding areas to meet clients and attend events.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think on your feet, adapt to challenges, and creatively engage potential clients.
