**Job Title**: Performance Marketing Executive

**Location**: Bannerghatta, Bangalore
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Experience**: 2-5 years

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve school enrollment goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for different campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
