**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Engage with School Authorities**: Visit schools to introduce our ERP software to principals, administrative staff, and other key decision-makers.
- **Product Briefing**: Deliver compelling and clear presentations about the features and advantages of our School ERP software.
- **Schedule Demos**: Arrange product demos for schools that show interest in the software.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain professional relationships with educational leaders and decision-makers.
- **Follow-up and Lead Management**: Proactively follow up with leads to convert prospects into customers.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed assigned targets for product demonstrations and sales leads.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with school authorities and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **Sales Acumen**: Previous experience in sales or marketing, particularly in technology or education, is highly desirable.
- **Self-Driven**: Ability to work independently and take initiative in setting appointments and achieving goals.
- **Travel Requirement**: Willingness to travel within the assigned regions for school visits.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with ERP software or educational technology is an advantage, though not mandatory.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month, based on experience.
- **Incentives**: Attractive performance-based incentives.
- **Travel Allowance**: Reimbursement for travel expenses.
- **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
