**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and troubleshoot surveillance systems and biometric hardware to ensure their smooth operation.
- Offer remote IT assistance to assigned branches from the head office.
- Conduct on-site visits to branches as needed to resolve complex issues or perform maintenance.
- Manage and maintain accurate asset lists, including hardware and software, for all branches within the assigned region.
- Assist with warranty claims and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
- Track and document all support activities, issues, and resolutions using a helpdesk ticketing system.
- Ensure timely resolution of all support requests and provide regular updates to users.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an IT Support role.**

Edcation: Any degree or diploma completion.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and external vendors.

**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of
hardware,
software,
networking, and a basic understanding of surveillance and biometric systems.CCTV

**Preferred Experience**:
Previous experience in IT support within the hospitality, hotel management, or corporate IT sectors is highly desirable.

This is a support role primarily based out of a head office.

The role requires a willingness to travel to different branch locations for on-site work.

You will be part of a team committed to providing timely and efficient IT solutions.

**Benefits**

Travel Allowance (TA), Dearness Allowance (DA), and lodging will be provided and reimbursed for all official site visits.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
