**Job Title: Wedding Planner**

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.
Provide expert advice and guidance on wedding planning, vendors, and logistics.

**Vendor Coordination**:Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with various wedding vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, DJs, and venues.
Ensure that vendors meet contractual obligations and that their services align with the couple's expectations.

**Budget Management**:Create and maintain a detailed budget for the wedding, tracking expenses and suggesting cost-saving strategies.
Provide regular updates to the couple on budget status.

**Event Design and Styling**:Develop and present wedding design concepts, themes, and layouts.
Coordinate with decorators and designers to bring the chosen theme to life.

**Logistics and Timeline Management**:Create a comprehensive timeline for the wedding day, ensuring that all activities and vendors are synchronized.
Oversee logistics, including transportation, setup, and breakdown.

**Guest Management**:Assist with guest list management, invitations, RSVP tracking, and seating arrangements.
Provide guidance on etiquette and protocol.

**Problem-Solving**:Address and resolve any issues or unforeseen challenges that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day.

**Legal and Permits**:Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event, especially for outdoor or destination weddings.

**Wedding Day Execution**:Be on-site on the wedding day to supervise and ensure that all elements come together as planned.
Handle any last-minute issues and emergencies to ensure a seamless event.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in wedding planning and event management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in event design.
- Knowledge of local wedding vendors, venues, and trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with grace.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
