- Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
- Ability to provide E2E user support from on boarding to off boarding, i.e. rights and access granting, training assignment, resolution and triaging of user issues.
- Categorize, analyze and index all content and information resources, as per the defined taxonomy.
- Ensure metadata integrity, file format validation, file format conversion, content migration, categorization and tagging.
- Conduct final audit in the workflow before assets are made available for distribution. Support brand-specific portals with configuration.
- Filter, locate, analyze and generate insights on relevant content for the user. Evaluate digital assets for archiving, archive content and maintain quality control of archiving operations. Understand customer requirements and manage expectations throughout delivery.
- Follow policies & strategy for DAM team, which are quality focused while increasing CSAT scores and driving innovation.

What You’ll bring to the role:

- Essential:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience working in Digital Libraries/Digital Asset Management, preferably with APRIMO.

Desirable requirements:
- Proficient understanding of broader content management goals and implementing solutions to achieve them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
