**Job Overview**:
As a Sales and Marketing Trainee, you will be working closely with the sales and marketing departments to gain hands-on experience in business development, market research, customer engagement, and promotional activities. This is an entry-level position designed to provide learning opportunities and exposure to both sales and marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1 Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients to achieve sales targets.
**2 Field Work and Client Visits**:
- Conduct daily field visits to meet with clients and provide product demonstrations.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients.
**3 Customer Engagement**:
- Understand customer needs and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
**4 Market Research and Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Share insights with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance.
**5 Sales Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on sales progress to the manager.
**6 Collaboration and Feedback**:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align on goals and strategies.
- Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing initiatives.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 Months of sales experience, preferably in field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
