**Responsibilities**:
1. **Export-Import Compliance**: Ensure compliance with export-import regulations, trade laws, and international agreements. Stay abreast of changes in regulations and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.

2. **Documentation Management**: Prepare and manage export-import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

3. **Customs Clearance**: Coordinate customs clearance activities for export and import shipments. Work with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third-party providers to expedite clearance and resolve any issues or delays.

4. **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate transportation and logistics activities for export-import shipments, including booking shipments, arranging for pickup and delivery, and tracking shipments in transit. Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and transit times.

5. **Tariff Classification**: Classify products according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and other tariff classification systems. Determine applicable duty rates, taxes, and fees for import shipments.

6. **Trade Compliance Audits**: Conduct periodic audits of export-import transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and address any gaps or discrepancies in documentation or procedures.

7. **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and issues related to export-import operations, such as sanctions, embargoes, and restricted parties. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize exposure and ensure compliance.

8. **Customer Support**: Provide assistance and support to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding export-import requirements, procedures, and documentation. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

9. **Vendor Management**: Evaluate and select vendors, carriers, and service providers for export-import activities. Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in export-import operations, customs compliance, or international trade.
- Experience with customs clearance procedures, tariff classification, and trade documentation.
- Proficiency in trade compliance software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

**Salary**: 20k to 30k

Immediate Joiners Preferable

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
