The incumbent is responsible to contribute to various aspects of Education Research and tool development programs at Prayoga. They carry out the research activities of the education project and support the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible to work with the education research team
- Participate and hold responsibility in ideation, data collection and analysis of research
- Actively participate and interact with the implementation team working towards achieving research objectives
- Identify relevant tools in the field of education research and contribute in the development/ testing of the same

**Qualification**
- A graduate/**Master degree in science**. **Master degree in Education** (M.Ed/MA Education)
- Basics of statistics and use of SPSS tool or any equivalent statistical tools

**Minimum Requirements**
- teaching experience of 3 years preferred
- readiness to develop deeper insights into the Education domain
- acumen for educational research, adaptability to new ideas and areas of study
- willingness to learn and contribute
- understanding of education psychology
- willingness to work in teams
- good hands-on experience in statistics is preferred
- diligent with the assigned work
- knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research designs
- **Kannada and English proficiency required**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
