Prayoga focuses on conducting qualitative research in the education sector to drive meaningful change and improvement.

**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Market Research and Analytical Skills
- Ethnography Research
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research abilities
- Experience in conducting education research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Qualitative data analysis
- Responsible for working alongside the education research team
- Actively participate and interact with the implementation team working towards achieving research objectives
- Identify relevant qualitative tools in the field of education research and contribute in the development/ testing of the same
- provide support in the areas of research, data analysis and reporting
- A graduate/master degree in science/mathematics/social sciences/humanities. Master degree in Education (M.Ed)/ MA in Education/ MA in Education Psychology/ MA sociology or any equivalent degree in humanities desired
- Experience in qualitative data analysis and knowledge of softwares for qualitative data analysis (like MAXQDA, NVivo etc.)

**Minimum Requirements**
- knowledge of qualitative data analysis
- readiness to develop deeper insights into the Education domain
- acumen for educational research, adaptability to new ideas and areas of study
- willingness to learn and contribute
- understanding of education psychology
- willingness to work in teams
- good hands-on experience in data analysis preferred
- good communication skills in English and Kannada are preferred.
- salary commensurate with qualification, expertise and experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
