**Citi Executive Scorecards team** is responsible to generate and publish scorecards for 400+ top Citi Executives and Senior Managers on a monthly basis. Citi’s Executive Scorecards are constructed to promote behaviors and outcomes which are risk balanced. Metrics aim to align business, regions and functions to Citi’s business strategy and the delivery of regulatory focused initiatives whilst holding managers to the highest standard of Ethics and Professional conduct. Resulting from a changed business environment, enhancements to Citi’s Executive Compensation process, and specific regulatory feedback, a number of changes is taking effect in the Executive Scorecards world over the coming months. - _ Opportunity to join one of the leading financial Institutions_ in the world which prides itself on people development and mobility - Build a career within the Finance Division bringing business insights that may contribute for strategic decisions aiming a sustainable growth - _ Diverse and varied work coverage_ across businesses-collaborate with people at all levels from different areas of the organization (finance, business and infrastructure) - Opportunity to work in a _matrix organization_ working with regional and country teams **Qualifications** - Education: _Professional degree equivalent to Master’s Degree - Knowledge/Experience:_ - Analyst with excellent finance, banking, and analytical acumen with 4-5 years of prior work experience - Knowledge of financial ratios, risk parameters is must - Analytical mindset including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making - Ability to work on flexible schedules to cover different time zone globally - Good excel skills managing big data resources and advance formulas to analytical and summary results **Key Responsibilities**: - Work on monthly process of Executive Scorecard reporting process in time bound scenario - Ensure Accuracy and Completeness of the data for Scorecard release process within committed timelines - Coordinate with stakeholders for data collection, process approach and addressing queries - Participate in strategic discussions related to metric setting, implementation and validation - Provide status to senior levels related to Control GAPs detected, Controls implemented or enhancement - Engage in process improvement and automation projects - Supervise and perform UAT on various developments and prepare ensure complete documentation - Continuous and strong communication on status of all strategic initiatives /projects, deadline and milestones with technology team as well as process team **Education Level**: Master's Degree **Grade/Level**: C09 **Primary Location**: APAC-IND-MH-Mumbai **Employee Status**: Regular **Schedule**: Full-time **Travel**: No **Shift**: Day Job/EMEA/LATAM **Relocation**: No - **Job Family Group**: Finance - **Job Family**: Mergers & Acquisitions - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
