Team will be responsible for providing Document Preparation related Services under Letter of Credit, Collection & Open Accounts for Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand & India Region. **Responsibilities**: - Perform day-to-day operational tasks in trade transactional processing as per the scope of services covered under the Agreement with clients maintaining the quality standards defined therein. - Understand customer requirements & collaborate with internal Stakeholders for ensuring timely delivery of Client transactions. - Incumbent in this role will be required to Perform Document Checking under Letter of Credit, Collection & Open Account. In addition, he would be required to manage the Trade queues & assist in process Control activities. - Adheres to internal policies and standards set for the process - Maintain performance metrics to track defects & productivity. - Assist in Maintaining & developing training database, training materials, various trackers required for Daily Operations. - Strong team management skills - Demonstrates sound judgment and professionalism in decision making/problem solving, dealing with a variety of escalations from the team and escalating to own manager if appropriate **Skills & Competencies**: - Working knowledge of URDG, UCP, ISBP, URR, Trade Services Products, and Trade Finance Products. - Effective communication and analytical skills - Customer Focused, Forward Thinking & Solution oriented Leadership Style. - Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work. - Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - Understanding of URR, UCP and ISBP requirements - CDCS certification would be preferred. **Experience**: - Overall Experience of 6-7 Years with 3-4 Years of Experience in Trade Finance.
