**About Liability Sales**:
The Liability Sales Department is integral part of Retail Banking Department which brings primarily the new liability business for the Bank in the form of CA, SA & TD apart from other retail business of Cards, Assets and Third Party Investment Products. The department is largely responsible for bringing New-to-Bank customers to the vast network of 4100 domestic branches spread across 26 states and 6 union territories.
**About the Role**:
The Sales planning team is responsible for driving the sales business of the bank by supporting the sales team by leveraging Tabs to increase product/ process knowledge among the Sales Executives
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for process automation to ensure smooth business operation
- Create and manage digital enablers to enable last mile communication
- Responsible for leveraging AI to enable the resources in daily sales activities such as sales planning, market mapping and using chat bots for query resolution
- Ensure smooth functioning of TAB for all the resources in Liability Sales
- Coordinate with CO for STP on TAB for all the products
- Create process around TAB allocation for new SEs and handover from resigned SEs

- Graduation from a recognized institute
