**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned preschools.
- Support preschool teachers in curriculum implementation and classroom management.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs for teaching staff.
- Liaise with parents and address their queries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, staff performance, and preschool activities.
- Assist in preparing reports for management and regulatory compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education administration.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Open to travel to the preschools on regular interval or as and when required

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of modern preschool teaching methodologies.
- Experience in staff training and development.
- Familiarity with local educational regulations and compliance standards.
