We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Admissions Counselor to join our team and play a vital role in welcoming new families to our preschool community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct informative meetings and tours for prospective parents, showcasing the preschool's philosophy, curriculum, and facilities.
- Answer questions comprehensively and address parent concerns with clear and confident communication.
- Attend educational fairs and community events to promote the preschool and generate interest.
- Prepare presentations and informational materials about the school's programs and benefits.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a welcoming environment for all families.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative preschool environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and inform parents.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using a preschool management software system.
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in the growth and development of young children.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
