**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing for corporate clients.
Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for booking and ticketing.
Manage flight changes, cancellations, reissues, and refunds as per airline policies.
Communicate with corporate clients to confirm travel itineraries and ensure satisfaction.
Ensure travel bookings comply with corporate travel policies and budgets.
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for special requests, group bookings, or travel disruptions.
Prepare travel documentation and itineraries.
Monitor fare changes and offer cost-effective travel solutions.
Maintain client profiles and ensure accuracy of travel preferences.
Provide visa and travel insurance assistance if required.
Stay updated with airline policies, travel regulations, and industry developments.
**Requirements**:
Minimum [1-3] years of experience in corporate ticketing/travel.
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong understanding of airline fare structures, ticketing rules, and corporate travel procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of MS Office and travel CRM software is a plus.
IATA certification or diploma in travel & tourism is an advantage.
