**Job Description**:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our team As a Fashion Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's style and creating visually stunning, innovative, and marketable fashion products. Your artistic vision and design skills will contribute to the success and growth of our fashion business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Conceptualization: Develop and conceptualize creative, original fashion designs in line with the brand's vision and target market.

Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, materials, and techniques.
- Sketching and Illustration: Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings of clothing, accessories, and footwear. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for digital illustrations when necessary.
- Material and Color Selection: Research and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for each design. Choose color palettes that align with the brand's image and seasonal trends.
- Prototyping and Sampling: Work closely with the production team to create prototypes and samples of designs. Ensure that designs are feasible for mass production, considering factors like construction, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Trend Analysis: Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings. Incorporate insights from market research into design decisions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align designs with market demand and promotional activities. Work with pattern makers and seamstresses to translate designs into tangible products.
- Presentation: Create visually appealing design presentations for internal reviews and meetings with stakeholders. Articulate design concepts, inspirations, and rationales clearly.

Other Qualifications:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
- Strong knowledge of têxtiles, garment construction, and fashion industry trends.
- Excellent artistic and creative skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced fashion industry.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Languages : English Hindi And Marathi

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
